Causality between the act and its consequence. Synchronicity plays a part or acausal, meaningful connections.
To enchant you speak he words to produce the matical effect. Most often its an utterance of a spel or charm. Typically additional things are at play including a cermony, a visual art or perhaps a chime, bell or song.
A gifted performer sharing a captivating story to an audience can leave the impression of enchantment. Musicians often have this gift by employing both intrument and vocalization.
Incantation songs can move mountains.

No restrictions exactly, A charm can be simply a ritual action, with or without words, intrumental linguistic or not, symbolic or not. Its just amazing what you can create with music. Enchantments can bless, cure, bring luck, bad fortune, love, loss, or change the weather.
